Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 3/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic until beef is lightly browned and onion is tender.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, catsup, oregano, and sugar.
  3. Cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
  4. Spoon excess fat off the mixture.
  5. Remove from heat and add softened cream cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Stir until cream cheese has melted and is well combined.
  7. Serve with corn chips for dippers.
