Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2/3 cup green pepper
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • about 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Brown the onion, green pepper, and celery with the ground beef.
  2. Combine the cooked rice with the beef and vegetable mixture in a casserole dish.
  3. Add soy sauce, mushroom soup, and milk to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Bake the casserole at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
