Ingredients

  • 1 package hot roll mix
  • 8 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup water, heated to 120~ to 130~
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or 2 teaspoons dried chives
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Generously grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the hot roll mix, shredded Cheddar cheese, and yeast.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Stir in heated water (120~ to 130~), oil, egg, and chopped chives.
  5. Knead dough for 5 minutes.
  6. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
