Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheese (Cracker Barrel, red wrapper)
  • 1 hard-cooked egg
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 4 or 5 sweet pickles
  • salad dressing

Instructions

  1. Put the sharp cheese, hard-cooked egg, green pepper, onion, and sweet pickles through a grinder.
  2. Add salad dressing to moisten the mixture.
  3. Mix well and serve as a spread.
