Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 3 Tbsp shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Mash the yolks in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Mix the mashed yolks with shredded Cheddar cheese, vinegar, prepared mustard, salt, pepper, and softened butter until well combined.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture into the egg white halves.
  4. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
