Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 5 oz cheese (spread or grated)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 to 4 oz pepperoni or 3/4 to 1 cup diced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped green pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend milk, Italian salad dressing, cheese, and eggs until smooth.
  2. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, dry mustard, baking soda, pepperoni, and green pepper until just moist.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased bread pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes until golden and cooked through.
