- 3/4 cup milk ⓘ
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing ⓘ
- 5 oz cheese (spread or grated) ⓘ
- 2 eggs ⓘ
- 2 3/4 cups flour ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons sugar ⓘ
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 to 4 oz pepperoni or 3/4 to 1 cup diced ⓘ
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped green pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Blend milk, Italian salad dressing, cheese, and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, dry mustard, baking soda, pepperoni, and green pepper until just moist.
- Pour the batter into a greased bread pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes until golden and cooked through.
