Ingredients

  • 2 lb. meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup sour cream or milk
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat the meat cubes with the seasoned flour mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chopped onion until tender.
  4. Add the coated meat cubes to the skillet and cook until browned.

  6. Continue cooking until the sauce is well combined and heated through.
