Ingredients
- 3 slices deli turkey, cut in strips ⓘ
- 3 slices boiled deli ham, cut in strips ⓘ
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped ⓘ
- 1 cup potatoes, cooked, peeled, and diced ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons low-fat dressing or Heart-Wise mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard ⓘ
- dash of salt ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix the deli turkey, boiled deli ham, chopped celery, cooked potatoes, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper together in a bowl.
- Add low-fat dressing or Heart-Wise mayonnaise, prepared mustard, and a dash of salt to the mixture.
- Gently combine all ingredients until evenly coated.
- Cover and chill the salad in the refrigerator.
- Serve over lettuce and garnish with tomato wedges, olives, sliced mushrooms, and sliced beets.
