Ingredients

  • 6 large chicken breasts
  • 1 can chicken a la king
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 oz. can mushrooms
  • 1 package frozen broccoli
  • 10 oz. vermicelli spaghetti
  • 1 lb. American cheese grated
  • 1 can chopped pimento
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Make chicken broth by steaming chicken breasts in 2 cups of water, then debone the chicken.
  2. Heat cream of mushroom soup, chicken a la king, chicken broth, and half a pound of grated American cheese until well combined.
  3. Add canned mushrooms to the mixture.
  4. Cook frozen broccoli and vermicelli spaghetti according to package instructions.
  5. Combine cooked pasta and broccoli with the sauce mixture.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake until bubbly and golden.
