Tips & Substitutions
For a sweeter flavor, try using a Honeycrisp or Fuji apple instead of a red Delicious. If you prefer a bit of heat, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes while sautéing the vegetables. To make this dish gluten-free, ensure your cornstarch is certified gluten-free. Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more or less cornstarch as desired.
