Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can French fried onion rings
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cooked

Instructions

  1. Put cooked broccoli in the bottom of a baking pan.
  2. Layer cooked, cubed chicken over the broccoli.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder to make the sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken layer.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
  7. After baking, add French fried onion rings on top.
  8. Brown the onion rings under the broiler until golden.
