Ingredients

  • 3 cups leftover turkey
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can peas and carrots
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 small box Bisquick (2 cups)
  • 2 small eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix leftover turkey, mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chopped onion, seasoned salt, garlic, and Greek seasoning in a pot.
  2. Add peas and carrots if desired, and heat on stove for 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the hot mixture into a prepared pie crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine Bisquick, eggs, and milk; stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the batter over the turkey mixture in the pie crust.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
