- Season the chicken breasts with granulated garlic, salt, and pepper, then dredge them in flour.
- Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms. Cook until the onion is translucent and mushrooms are browned.
- Add the sliced artichoke hearts to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the Marsala wine to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
- Add the chicken stock to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, cover, and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and flavors melded.
