Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup Kraft real mayonnaise or Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimiento, drained
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Unroll the dough into two long rectangles and place in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Press the dough over the bottom and up the sides to form a crust.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and evenly distribute the thawed and drained broccoli and cubed cooked chicken over the crust.
  6. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chopped onion, Dijon mustard, condensed cream of chicken soup, chopped pimiento, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Pour the mixture evenly over the broccoli and chicken.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
