Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 packages broccoli
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices bread
  • rice

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, and lemon juice; set aside.
  2. Cook frozen broccoli until tender; drain.
  3. Boil chicken breasts until cooked through; remove bones and shred into small pieces.
  4. In a baking pan, layer broccoli, chicken, and gravy mixture.
  5. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and crumbled bread slices.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
