- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, half and half cream, chopped onions, sliced mushrooms, and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
- Add the cooked and shredded or diced chicken breast (or shrimp/crab meat as an alternative) to the mixture.
- Mix in the entire package of Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until heated through and golden on top.
