Chicken Livers Superbe
Juicy chicken livers cooked in a rich mushroom and wine sauce, accented with herbs and mustard, perfect for hearty, flavorful meals served over rice.

Instructions
- Saute chicken livers in 3 tablespoons of butter until brown, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the livers from the skillet and set aside.
- Saute diced onion and minced garlic until soft.
- Add sliced mushrooms and saute lightly.
- Stir in white wine, water, chopped parsley, flour, chicken bouillon cube, Dijon mustard, and crumbled rosemary until blended.
- Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken livers to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes longer.
- Serve hot with fluffy rice.
