Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, cheese, paprika, salt, oregano, garlic salt, mustard and onion.
- Dip chicken pieces in milk; dip into flour mixture.
- Fry pieces in 1/4-inch of oil at 365° until brown on each side.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve immediately with toothpicks.
- Yields 25 to 30 appetizers.
