- Wash and dry the chicken breasts.
- Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, dry mustard, soy sauce, black pepper, oregano, and basil to prepare the coating.
- Coat each chicken breast inside with the mayonnaise mixture.
- Sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs over the coated chicken breasts.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased Pyrex dish.
- Create a foil tent over the dish.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 to 1.5 hours.
- During the last 20 minutes, remove the foil tent and add about 3/4 cup hot water to the pan for extra juiciness.
