Ingredients

  • 4 skinned chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1.5 teaspoons Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 package seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the chicken breasts.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, dry mustard, soy sauce, black pepper, oregano, and basil to prepare the coating.
  3. Coat each chicken breast inside with the mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs over the coated chicken breasts.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts in a greased Pyrex dish.
  6. Create a foil tent over the dish.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 to 1.5 hours.
  8. During the last 20 minutes, remove the foil tent and add about 3/4 cup hot water to the pan for extra juiciness.
