Chile Cheese Ball

A creamy, spicy cheese ball with green chillies and nuts, perfect for parties or as an appetizer, offering bold flavors and a satisfying crunch.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (7 oz.) can diced green chillies
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Add the drained diced green chillies, chopped onions, and Worcestershire Sauce. Blend carefully so the chillies are smashed.
  3. Divide the mixture into 2 balls.
  4. Roll each cheese ball in chopped walnuts or pecans.
  5. Chill the cheese balls overnight before serving.
