Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. celery salt
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces evenly with the spice mixture.
  3. Place the coated chicken in a single layer in a baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 1 hour and 10 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
