Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Ground Turkey
  • 2 large cans Dark Red Beans
  • 2 large cans Light Beans
  • 2 cans Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can Plain Tomato Sauce
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
  • White Rice

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey in a large pot and drain off the fat.
  2. Add the canned dark red beans, light beans, and tomato sauces to the pot.
  3. Stir in chili powder to taste, typically 1-2 tablespoons.
  4. Simmer the chili for about 20-30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve hot over cooked white rice.
