Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup uncooked regular rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup chopped celery

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet.
  2. Stir in the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chopped celery, soy sauce, uncooked rice, and water.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. During the last 15 minutes of baking, add the medium can of Chinese noodles on top.
  7. Return to the oven and bake until heated through and golden.
