Tips & Substitutions

For a richer flavor, consider marinating the chuck steak in soy sauce and a bit of garlic for an hour before cooking. If you don't have chuck steak, flank or sirloin can work as substitutes. Adjust the vegetables based on what's in season or available; bell peppers and onions provide great flavor, but you could also use broccoli or snow peas for a twist. This dish is reminiscent of Beef And Veggies.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the beef cubes over a bed of hot noodles, as they soak up the savory sauce beautifully. For a complete meal, consider pairing this dish with a side of steamed broccoli or a simple cucumber salad. This main course works well with other Asian-inspired dishes, making it a great choice for an Oriental Dinner.

Storage & Reheating

Leftover Chinese Beef Cubes can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, microwave on medium power to avoid overcooking the beef, adding a splash of water to keep it moist. Alternatively, reheat gently in a skillet over low heat until warmed through.
