Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can Chinese noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Add chopped onions, chopped celery, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, soy sauce, and drained mushrooms to the beef. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a covered casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and add Chinese noodles on top of the casserole.
  5. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until noodles are heated through.
