Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • Chinese noodles
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cups warm water

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix together the cooked beef, chopped celery, chopped onions, chicken soup, mushroom soup, rice, pepper, and soy sauce.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, cover with a lid, and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Add Chinese noodles to the dish and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.
