Ingredients

  • 4 cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 4 or 5 small green onions
  • 1 (5 oz.) can Chinese noodles
  • 1/4 tsp. poppy seed
  • 1 pkg. almond slivers
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. peanut oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked and cubed chicken breasts, chopped lettuce, chopped green onions, Chinese noodles, almond slivers, and poppy seed.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, vinegar, peanut oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Shake well to blend the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss to coat evenly.
