  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 tsp. LaChoy brown gravy sauce

Instructions

  1. Slowly brown pork with salt and onions in oil.
  2. Add hot water and chicken bouillon; cover and cook slowly for 10 minutes.
  3. Add celery; cover and cook another 5 minutes.
  4. Add green pepper; cover and cook slowly for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Blend cornstarch, soy sauce, LaChoy brown gravy sauce, and cold water.
  6. Add the blended mixture to the meat and cook until thickened.
