Ingredients

  • 2 lb. top loin beef steaks
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. whiskey

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, chopped green onion, and whiskey for 20 minutes.
  2. Grill or broil the marinated beef for approximately 15 minutes.
