Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (16 oz) can Chinese vegetables, drained
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (3 oz) can Chinese noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion together in a skillet.
  2. Drain well to remove excess fat and liquid.
  3. In a 1 3/4-quart casserole dish, mix the cooked beef and onion with the cream of celery soup, drained Chinese vegetables, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle Chinese noodles on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the noodles are browned.
  7. Serve as is or over cooked rice.
