- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter and chocolate chips together until smooth.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon milk until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until set and slightly firm.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
