Choco Chip Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 c. cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
  • 2 c. shredded zucchini
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, butter and oil with the eggs.
  2. Sift dry ingredients together and mix with buttermilk.
  3. Fold in zucchini, nuts and chocolate chips.
  4. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar when cool.
