Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted margarine
  • 8 ounces milk chocolate bar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup heavy or whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the milk chocolate bar, milk, and marshmallows; heat until melted, stirring until smooth.
  2. Cool the mixture to room temperature.
  3. Whip the heavy or whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate mixture.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust.
  6. Chill the pie for several hours until firm.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream and shaved chocolate if desired.
