- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Beat eggs, sugar, brown sugar, Miracle Whip dressing, and vanilla at medium speed with an electric mixer.
- Add flour and baking soda to the mixture and combine.
- Set aside 1 cup of batter.
- Spread the remaining batter into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
- While baking, melt the caramels with milk to make caramel topping.
- Spread caramel over the cooled base.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped pecans on top of the caramel.
