Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 (1 oz.) packets baking chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. grated zucchini
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Instructions

  1. Cream sugar, oil, and baking chocolate; add eggs and mix.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
  3. Spray 3 small loaf pans with Pam; pour batter in and fill halfway.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
