Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 medium tubs Cool Whip
  • 1/2 box powdered sugar
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, butter, and nuts to make the crust.
  2. Press the crust mixture into a pie dish and bake until golden, then cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip until well combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Prepare the chocolate pudding by mixing the instant pudding mix with 3 cups of milk until thickened.
  7. Spread the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Top with additional Cool Whip if desired, and garnish as preferred.
