Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. molasses
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/3 c. pecans
  • 1/3 c. raisins
  • 1/3 c. dehydrated bananas
  • 1/2 c. Pet milk
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine all milk, butter, egg, brown sugar, sugar, molasses, cocoa and cinnamon.
  3. Stir until fully mixed.
  4. Now, add the flour.
  5. Whip until lumps are gone and it is smooth.
  6. Add remaining ingredients.
  7. Butter and flour cake pan. Cook 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
  8. Cake should be moist.
