Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup red (sweet) table wine
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rum extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Use a greased and floured tube pan.
  2. Beat all ingredients together (except confectioners sugar) for 5 minutes.
  3. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325°F.
