Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 oz. cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli

Instructions

  1. Mix Jiffy corn bread mix according to the directions on the package.
  2. Add all other ingredients; mix well.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  5. Turn the bread upside down and allow to cool before serving.
