Ingredients

  • 4 oz. sharp grated cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the grated cheese and butter with your hands until well combined, then add the plain flour, salt, and red pepper, mixing with your hands to incorporate.
  2. Knead the mixture with your hands for at least 10 minutes to form a dough, then beat the mixture with a beater for 5 minutes to further blend.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Shape the mixture into small cloud-like mounds or desired shapes and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
