Ingredients

  • 6 to 7 pork chops
  • 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 package Lipton beefy onion soup mix
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tabasco sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the pork chops in a 9 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch baking pan.
  2. Place the pork chops on top of the mixture.
  3. Cover the pan with foil.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours until the water is absorbed.
