- Beat the egg; add cooking oil and milk.
- Add the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt, chili powder, onion powder, oregano) to the wet mixture and mix well.
- Spread the bottom and sides of a greased 9-inch pie pan with the dough.
- Reserve 2 wieners; cut the remaining wieners or smoked sausages into 1/2-inch slices.
- Combine the sliced wieners, barbecue beans, and shredded Cheddar cheese with the mixture and spoon into the center of the dough in the pie pan.
- Cut the reserved 2 wieners lengthwise, then crosswise into small pieces.
- Arrange the cut wieners in a spoke fashion, skin side up, on top of the bean mixture.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes until golden and heated through.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into wedges.
