Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 cup ground cooked ham
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 cup peanuts

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Stir in chopped onion, ground cooked ham, parsley, hot pepper sauce, and dry mustard.
  3. Cover and chill for several hours.
  4. Form the mixture into a ball.
  5. Roll the ball in chopped peanuts to coat.
  6. Serve with crackers.
