  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sift together 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp. baking soda, and 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar; set aside.
  3. Using an electric mixer on high speed in a large bowl, cream 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 2 Tbsp. reduced‑calorie margarine, and 1 Tbsp. whipped sweet butter until light and fluffy.
