Cinnamon Walnut Bread

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; mix well.
- In a separate bowl, blend egg, milk, oil, and vanilla until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until all dry ingredients are moistened.
- Fold in 1 cup of chopped walnuts into the batter.
- Spoon the batter into the greased loaf pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining walnuts on top of the batter.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool completely.
