Ingredients

  • medium size potatoes, washed and whole
  • carrots, washed and cut into serving pieces
  • corn-on-the-cob, cut into 4 to 6 inch pieces
  • 4 stalks celery, cut into 4 inch pieces
  • medium onions, peeled and whole
  • sausage, cut into serving size
  • pork chops, whole
  • shrimp, in shell
  • chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 100 cherrystone clams
  • 3 bottles seafood sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • small sweet potatoes, washed and whole (optional)
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare all meats ahead of time and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Pour seafood sauce into another bowl, then add salt, pepper, and parsley flakes; mix well.
  3. Pour the seasoned sauce over the meats, ensuring all are coated.
  4. Add enough water to barely cover all the meats and push the meats under the sauce.
  5. Marinate the meats in the sauce for at least several hours before assembling the bake.
