Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 can clam chowder
  • 1 pre-made regular pie shell

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the pie shell for 8 minutes and then remove.
  2. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  4. In a bowl, combine the bacon, clam chowder, eggs, chopped onion, sour cream, parsley flakes, and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie shell.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake the quiche at 325°F (160°C) for 50 to 55 minutes until set.
  8. Allow to rest for 20 minutes before serving.
