Ingredients

  • 10 ounces pizza crusts
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon vertical sliced red onion
  • 3 ounces skinless rotisserie chicken breasts (3/4 c)
  • 1 1/2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (1/3 c)
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 ounce feta cheese
  • 2 bacon, slices crumbled
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 500.
  2. Place dough on preheated stone bake at 500 for 5 minute.
  3. combine yogurt, buttermilk and mayo in a bowl; spread over crust. Top with tomatoes, onion, chicken, and mozzarella. Bake at 500 for 5 minute Place arugula and oil in bowl toss. Put arugula, cheese, bacon, avocado and pepper over pizza. Cut and serve.
