Cobb Pizza
Ingredients
- 10 ounces pizza crusts ⓘ
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon vertical sliced red onion
- 3 ounces skinless rotisserie chicken breasts (3/4 c) ⓘ
- 1 1/2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (1/3 c) ⓘ
- 1/2 cup arugula ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon olive oil ⓘ
- 1 ounce feta cheese
- 2 bacon, slices crumbled ⓘ
- 1 avocado ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven 500.
- Place dough on preheated stone bake at 500 for 5 minute.
- combine yogurt, buttermilk and mayo in a bowl; spread over crust. Top with tomatoes, onion, chicken, and mozzarella. Bake at 500 for 5 minute Place arugula and oil in bowl toss. Put arugula, cheese, bacon, avocado and pepper over pizza. Cut and serve.
