- Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet or casserole dish.
- Sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
- Add the cooked cod to the skillet and mix well.
- Layer the sliced potatoes over the cod and onion mixture.
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then add them to the dish.
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs and arrange on top.
- Sprinkle with parsley and crushed red pepper.
