Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. imitation crabmeat, chunked
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. green onions, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash of Red Hot or Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Mix together cream cheese and sour cream.
  2. Add lemon juice and hot sauce, then parsley.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Serve with crackers such as Wheat Thins or Triscuits.
